I have to set 4 dates for wedding related events (1) my wedding (2) bridal shower (3) Chinese reception, and (4) tea party reception. We have the wedding date pretty much set (I'll know 100% in less than 2 weeks) and just yesterday the bridal shower date was set.
Lately I've been getting the feeling that the wedding has reached a standstill and nothing seemed to be getting done. Now that two dates have been pretty much set I feel much better about the progress of it all. Now I just have to sit down with my FMIL and my parents and get the ball rolling on the other two dates that have to be decided upon.
