Happy Birthday Nick!

Today is my darling husband's birthday. Another year older and another reason to celebrate. The day started with breakfast fit for a champion made exactly to the birthday boy's specifications.

Roll baked at 300 for 10 minutes, 3 slices of pork roll, real cheddar cheese and one egg over easy. I even busted out the Kona coffee for a pick-me-up.
