I've always dreamed of a closet like this, with two levels of hanging and enough space to keep all my shoes and accessories together. My dream has come true!
We had thought about going with the Container Store and their line of Elfa closet organizers but realized it'd be ridiculously expensive and ... well I had other things I need more importantly. So I spent many a trips to Home Depot staring at their Closetmaid brand stuff and taking every pamphlet they had. Lo and behold you can play around and configure a closet system online at Home Depot's Closetmaid tool and voila a plan.
The tool is actually kinda tricky to use but it took a few tries and then I had it about right. In the end I didn't fully thing a corner area through partially because the tool didn't allow me to fit it in so I winged and that didn't work so well. Thankfully the hubby was there to rescue me from myself and helped me solve the problem easily and quickly.
I am in hog heaven with my closet and it'll only get better as I finish unpacking my shoes and purses.

I had no idea it was so dirty...
Towards the end of last week we borrowed the power washer from my father-in-law. Hubby started around the pool and I spent some time on it after work.
I seriously thought the patio looked fine..until now.

Bobbette's Babies
We have another (actually two) bird's next with babies. The first is in front of the house outside Nick's office window. We named the mama bird Bobbette. The other is in front of the dining room window, the mama is named Roberta.
Here's a sneak at Bobbette's babies...
And a video of Bobbette feeding them...

The Swamp
We physically opened the pool last Thursday but there was some cleaning to start with and we let the pool robot do its thing Yesterday it was ready for chemicals. The pool started out brown and swampish. But after 12 gallons of chlorine, pH increaser, shock and whatever else it's now green and you can see the bottom in most of the pool!
I keep testing the water between gallons of chlorine and it keeps indicatiing its low..what to do? Do I stop now or keep adding til the stick is lavender?
Here's some pictures of the swamp and ouur chlorine tablet shark
